• The item received was not what was ordered.
• A manufacturing error occurred.

Refunds are not available for:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
• Incorrect sizes if the size ordered matches the product received (please double-check size charts before ordering).
• Delays caused by the shipping carrier.

3. Return and Exchange Process

Because our products are custom-made for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the item (e.g., damage, defect, or incorrect product). If eligible, we will either:

• Provide a replacement at no additional cost, or

4. Cancellations

5. Shipping Delays

We work with reliable third-party fulfillment partners (such as Printify, Printful, Gelato, and others) to ensure the timely delivery of your order. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or customs clearance delays.
